Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. For most jobs we'll come out, have a look at your board and the run, and give you a price in writing so you know what you're up for before anything starts.
My safety switch keeps tripping. What now?
Usually it's a faulty appliance, water in an outdoor point, or a damaged cable. Unplug things one at a time and try resetting it. If it still trips, stop resetting and call us — we'll test each circuit and isolate the fault properly.
Do I really need a switchboard upgrade?
If your board still has ceramic fuses or rewireable fuses and no RCDs, there's nothing protecting you from a shock. Current rules want RCD protection on power, lighting and other circuits. We'll show you what's in your board and explain the options.
Can you install an EV charger at my place?
Yes. It needs its own dedicated circuit back to the switchboard with correct protection, and sometimes the board or supply needs looking at first. We'll check what your home can handle and where the charger best suits your driveway or garage.
